PC Res 2189PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF CAMPBELL, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION N0. 2189 After notification and public hearing as specified by law on the application of Mr. Bill Goss for a use permit and approval of plans to allow a second story addition to an existing house and the construction of an accessory building on property known as 131 N. First Street in a PD (Planned Development/ Office and/or Low-Medium Density Residential) Zoning District, as per the appli- cation filed in the Office of the Planning Department on April 14, 1983 and after presentation by the Planning Director, proponents and opponents, the hearing was closed. (UP 83-02) After due consideration of all the evidence presented, the Commission did find as follows: That the establishment, maintenance, and operation of the proposed use will not be detrimental to the health, safety, peace, morals, comfort or general welfare of the persons residing or working in the neighborhood of such use, or be detrimental or injurious to property and improvements in the neighborhood or the general welfare of the c; ty. Based on the above findings, the Planning Commission does hereby grant the construction of a second story addition to an existing house, and requires that revised plans be submitted for the proposed accessory building, sub- ject to conditions listed in the attached Exhibit A. The applicant is notified as part of this application that he is required to comply with all applicable Codes or Ordinances of the City of Campbell and the State of California which pertain to this development and are not herein specified. USE PERMIT SHALL NOT BECOME EFFECTIVE UNTIL RATIFIED BY THE CITY COUNCIL.
