PC Res 2188RESOLUTION N0. 2188 PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF CAMPBELL, CALIFORNIA After notification and public hearing as specified by law on the application of Jaques Construction Inc. for a variance to the sideyard setback to allow the construction of a carport on property known as 1045 Shady Dale Avenue in an R-1 (Single Family Residential) Zoning District, as per the application filed in the Office of the Planning Director on March 30, 1983, and after presentation by the Planning Director, proponents and opponents, the hearing was closed (V83-02). After due consideration of all evidence presented, the Commission did find as follows: 1. Because of the grade difference between the subject property and the adjoining commercial property, a variance to the wall height and carport setback is justified. 2. Construction shall meet all conditions of approval as listed in the attached Exhibit A. The Planning Commission of the City of Campbell does hereby approve the requested variance.
