PC Res 2185PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 2785 BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING C0MMISSION OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL RECOMMENDING THE ACCEPTANCE OF THE ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT FOR A PROPOSED REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT IN THE D0WNTOWN AREA OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL (EIR 83-01). After public hearing as required by law to consider an Environmental Impact Report for the proposed redevelopment project for the elimination of blight in the Downtown Area of the City of Campbell, and after presentation by the Planning Director, proponents and opponents, the hearing was closed. After due consideration of all evidence presented, the Commission did find as follows: 1. That the Draft Environmental Impact Report on the proposed redevelopment project for the Downtown Area of the City of Campbell satisfies the state requirements for an Environ- mental Impact Report. 2. That the Draft Environmental Impact Report provides suffi- cient information on which to base a decision regarding the proposed project. The Planning Commission of the City of Campbell does hereby accept the Environmental Impact.Report for the proposed redevelopment plan for the Downtown Area of the City of Campbell, and does recommend that the City Council certify this Draft Environmental Impact Report as complete.
