BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF CAMPBELL RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A
CHANGE TO THE ZONING MAP AS SHOWN IN EXHIBIT A
ONCE THE EXISTING INTERIM ZONE IS LIFTED.
(APPLICATION OF PEN LAND & CATTLE CO., UP 80-10)
After notification and public hearing as specified by law on proposed
amendments to the Zoning Map of the City of Campbell and after pre-
sentation by the Planning Director, proponents and opponents, the Planning
Commission did determine that the change as shown in Exhibit A, attached,
should be made to the Zoning Map when the Interim Zone is lifted, based on
the following findings:
1. The proposed zone change is consistent with the Land Use
Element of the General Plan which shows "Low-Medium
Density Residential" for the subject property, 1201 W.
Parr Avenue.
2. The proposed zone change from Interim to PD would allow
the development of six townhomes.
3. The proposed zone change will not be detrimental to the
health, safety, peace, morals, comfort or general welfare
of the persons residing or working in the neighborhood of
such zone change or be detrimental or injurious to property
and improvements in the neighborhood or the general welfare
of the City.
4. The proposed zone change is consistent with the Land Use
Element of the General Plan.
The Planning Commission of the City of Campbell recommends that the City
Council enact the Ordinance attached hereto as Exhibit A making effective
the recommended changes to the Zoning Map.

vote:
