PLANNING COMMISSION
After notification and public hearing as specified by law on the application
of Mr. Om Kamboj for a Planned Development Permit and approval of plans to
allow the expansion of an existing retail building and the construction of
anew commercial building on property known as 880 E. Campbell Avenue in a
PD (Planned Development/Commercial) Zoning District, as per application
filed in the Office of the Planning Department on October 14, 1982 and after
presentation by the Planning Director, proponents and opponents, the hearing
was closed (PD 82-06).
After due consideration of alI evidence presented, the Commission did find
as follows:
1. The plans submitted did not clearly indicate a development
which would clearly result in a more desirable environment
and use of land.
Based on the above finding, the Planning Commission hereby recommends that
PD 82-06 be denied without prejudice.
