PC Res 2170 RESOLUTION N0. 2170 BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF PLANS, ELEVATIONS AND DEVELOPMENT SCHEDULE TO ALLOW THE CONVERSION OF AN EXISTING FIRE STATION INTO A MUSEUM ON PROPERTY KNOWN AS 51 N. CENTRAL AVENUE (CITY-INITIATED, PD 83-O1) . Plans, elevations, and development schedule for the conversion of an existing fire station into a musewn on property located at 51 N. Central Avenue in a PD (Planned Development/Commercial) Zoning District have been presented for approval by the City of Campbell. After notification and public hearing as specified by law on said proposed amendments, as filed in the Office of the Planning Department on December 15, 1982, and after presentation by the Planning Director, proponents and opponents, the hearing was closed. After due consideration of all evidence presented, the Planning Commission did find as follows: That the establishment, maintenance, and operation of the"proposed use will not be detrimental to the health, safety, peace, morals, comfort or general welfare of the persons residing or working in the neighborhood of such use, or detrimental or injurious to pro- perty and improvements in the neighborhood or the general wrelfare of the City. Based on the above findings, the Planning Commission did recommend approval of plans, elevations, and development schedule as presented and further recommends that the City Council enact the Ordinance attached hereto as Exhibit "A", adopt- ing said plans, elevations and development schedule for that portion of the abovementioned Planned Development Zone.
