PC Res 2166RESOLUTION N0. 2166 PLANNING COMMISSION After notification and public hearing as specified by law on the application of Mr. Mark Stevensen for a use permit and approval of plans to allow the con- version of a duplex to an office on property known as 35 & 45 S. First Street in a PD (Planned Development/Commercial) Zoning District, as per application filed in the Office of the Planning Department on December 3, 1982 and after presentation by the Planning Director, proponents and opponents, the hearing was closed (UP 82-27). After due consideration of all evidence presented, the Commission did find as follows: 1. The applicant has requested that his application be withdrawn, and that he receive a refund of his $350 filing fee. 2. Based on the applicant's request for withdrawal, the ConIInission hereby denies this application without prejudice. 3. Based on the applicant's request, and previous actions, the Commission hereby recorrnnends to the City Council that one-half ($175.00) of the applicant's filing fee be refunded.
