PC Res 3073RESOLUTION NO. 3073 BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL UPHOLDING THE APPEAL OF THE PLANNING DIRECTOR'S APPROVAL OF A PARCEL MAP TO CREATE THREE RESIDENTIAL LOTS ON PROPERTY LOCATED AT 360 BEDAL LANE IN AN R-l-8 (SINGLE FAMILY RESIENTIAL) ZONING DISTRICT. FILE NO. PM 96-02 After notification and public hearing, as specified by law, and after presentation by the Community Development Director, proponents and opponents, the hearing was closed. After due consideration of all evidence presented, the Planning Commission did find as follows with respect to application PM 96-02: 1. The proposed subdivision results in the alignment of a cul-de-sac that would unnecessarily infringe on the adjoining property to the east. Based upon the foregoing findings of fact, the Planning Commission further finds and concludes that the evidence does not demonstrate the following findings: 1. The proposed subdivision does not result in a desirable lot pattern or design.
