RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF CAMPBELL MODIFYING THE SCHEDULE OF
FEES AND CHARGES
WHEREAS, the City of Campbell Financial Policies require an annual
evaluation of the Schedule of Fees and Charges to ensure that recovery of the cost of
providing services is recovered where appropriate; and
WHEREAS, the Schedule of Fees and Charges for Fiscal Year 2009-10
was approved by the City Council of the City of Campbell on April, 21,2009 ; and
WHEREAS, all of the required legal notices have been published
pursuant to Government Code; and
WHEREAS, the City Council authorizes the fee for Vehicle Code Citation
item 40226 Handicap Dismissal to be decreased to $25.00 to reflect the statutory
maximum allowed by government code;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the attached revisions to the
City of Campbell, Police Department - Parking Citation Fees (page 3 of 3) be adopted
and that this Resolution and the revised fee schedule be made an addendum to the
City Council Policy Manual.
