RESOLUTION NO. 11068
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
REFINING RESOLUTION - WINCHESTER BOULEVARD
UNDERGROUND UTILITY DISTRICT NO.9
WHEREAS, Council adopted Resolution No. 11015 establishing the UUD #9, and
WHEREAS, PG&E has requested the specific district parameters be explicitly stated in a
resolution; and
WHEREAS, PG&E requested the City to refine and amend the previously adopted resoluti n
to include the City's trenching and panel conversion parameters,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Campbell that, Ci y
hereby applies Rule 20A funds to financially assist property owners in the cost of trenchin ,
installation of electrical conduit and conductors, backfilling and trench restoration from the
property line to a maximum of 100-ft. towards the property's termination box; and to assi t
property owners in the cost of converting the electrical panel, pursuant to the limits provided in
Rule 20A.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the City Council of the City f
Campbell that, each other serving utility shall provide service trenching, conduits an
conductors in accordance with its tariffs on file with the California Public Utilities Commission
or as required by its Franchise Agreement with the City.
