A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
ACCEPTING THE IMPROVEMENTS CONSTRUCTED BY SAN JOSE SIGNAL
ELECTRIC, INC., FOR PROJECT 08-05, HAMILTON AVENUE/PHOENIX
DRIVE SIGNALIZATION PROJECT, AND DIRECTING THE FILING
OF THE NOTICE OF COMPLETION
WHEREAS, the City of Campbell adopted Resolution No. 10971 on December 10,
2008, authorizing the Public Works Director to award a contract to the lowest
responsible bidder for construction of improvements known as Project 08-05, Hamilton
Avenue/Phoenix Drive Signalization Project; and
WHEREAS, the contract was executed by the Public Works Director and San Jose
Signal Electric, Inc., on February 2, 2009; and
WHEREAS, San Jose Signal Electric, Inc., has completed the aforementioned contract
in accordance with the contract documents.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Campbell
hereby accepts the improvements constructed on Project 08-05, Hamilton
Avenue/Phoenix Drive Signalization Project and directs staff to file the Notice of
Completion.
