A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL TO CONDUCT
AN INDIRECT COST ALLOCATION STUDY AND USER FEE STUDY
WHEREAS, the City's Financial Policies require that user fees and charges be
reviewed and modified annually in an attempt to ensure adequate and appropriate
cost recovery; and
WHEREAS, it has been approximately seven years since the last
comprehensive fee study and cost allocation plan were undertaken; and
WHEREAS, there may be cost saving opportunity by partnering with the Town
of Los Gatos by issuing a joint RFP and realizing some economies of scale; and
WHEREAS, the results of these studies would be incorporated into the
development of the FY 11 operating budget;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that a Request for Proposal for a
comprehensive Indirect Cost Allocation and User Fee Study be issued jointly with the
Town of Los Gatos.
