RESOLUTION NO. 11091
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
AUTHORIZING THE DISPOSAL OF SURPLUS VEHICLES AND EQUIPMENT
AND AUTHORIZING THE PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR TO EXECUTE AN
AGREEMENT WITH FIRST CAPITOL AUCTION, INC.
WHEREAS, the City Council has been presented with a request from staff to dispose of
surplus vehicles and equipment with a different auction service than was previously
utilized; and
WHEREAS, an agreement with First Capitol Auction, Inc. will provide for auction
services for the disposal of surplus vehicles and equipment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Campbell
that the staff request for disposal of surplus vehicles and equipment be approved, and
the Public Works Director be authorized to sign an auction service agreement with First
Capitol Auction, Inc. for the disposal of surplus vehicles and equipment.
