RESOLUTION NO. 11109
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
AUTHORIZING THE EXTENSION OF THE EXISTING
DISTRICT PLA YFIELD AGREEMENT
WITH THE CAMPBELL UNION SCHOOL DISTRICT
WHEREAS, Section 10900, et seq. of the Education Code authorizes the parties
hereto to enter into agreement for community recreation programs; and
WHEREAS, Section 10910, et seq. of the Education Code provides that the
governing body of any .school district may use or grant the use of school grounds to any
other public authority for the purposes of providing for community recreation use,
whenever such use does not interfere with school uses; and
WHEREAS, City and School District have a current District Playfield Use
Agreement; and both parties wish to extend that agreement for an additional six
months.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Campbell that said Council hereby authorizes the City Manager to extend the current
District Playfield Use Agreement with the Campbell Union School District for a period
of six months.

passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Campbell, California, at a
meeting thereof held on the fifth day of January, 2010, by the following roll call vote of
the members thereof:
