RESOLUTION NO. 11121
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
ACCEPTING THE IMPROVEMENTS CONSTRUCTED BY
GRANITE CONSTRUCTION COMPANY
FOR THE STREET MAINTENANCE PROJECT 09-10:
S. BASCOM AVENUE RESURFACING
AND DIRECTING THE FILING OF THE NOTICE OF COMPLETION
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 11032 on May 19, 2009,
authorizing the Public Works Director to execute a contract for construction of
improvements known as the Street Maintenance Project 09-10: S. Bascom Avenue
Resurfacing, and
WHEREAS, the contract was executed by the Public Works Director and Granite
Construction Company on September 24, 2009, and
WHEREAS, Granite Construction Company has completed the aforementioned contract
in accordance with the contract documents;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Campbell
hereby accepts the improvements constructed under the Street Maintenance Project
09-10: S. Bascom Avenue Resurfacing; and directs the City Engineer to file a Notice of
Completion.
