RESOLUTION NO. 11126
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR
MATERIALS TESTING SERVICES AND AUTHORIZING THE PUBLIC WORKS
DIRECTOR TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT WITH THE SELECTED MATERIALS
TESTING PROVIDER IN A CUMULATIVE AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $250,000
WHEREAS, the Public Works Department is in need of materials testing services; and
WHEREAS, the City of Campbell does not have the capability in-house to perform
these services; and
WHEREAS, the RFP will enable Public Works staff to select the most qualified
materials testing provider to provide responsive and high quality testing services;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Campbell
hereby authorizes the Public Works Department to issue an RFP for Materials Testing
Services and also authorizes the Public Works Director to execute the agreement with
the selected provider for a cumulative amount not to exceed $250,000.
