BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CAMPBELL AMENDING THE CAMPBELL FEE SCHEDULE TO ADD A FEE
FOR THE APPLICATION AND FILING OF SEXUALLY ORIENTED BUSINESS
PERMIT
WHEREAS, the City Council on December 1, 2009 voted to amend Chapter
5.55 of the Campbell Municipal Code to require Sexually Oriented Business to
obtain a business permit.
WHEREAS, the City will incur costs associated with the application and filing of a
Sexually Oriented Business permit in an amount equal to or greater than six
hundred and thirty one dollars ($631)
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Campbell that the City's Fee Schedule is amended by adding a fee in the
amount of six hundred thirty one dollars ($631.00)
