PLANNING COMMISSION
BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL MAKING RECOMMENDATIONS
ON THE GENERAL PLAN, ZONING AND LAND USES IN
THAT AREA OF THE CITY KNOWN AS SAN TOMAS.
After notification and a series of public hearings as designated by the
City Council to hear testimony from residents of the area of the City
known as San Tomas regarding the general plan, zoning, and land uses
in this Interim Zoning District, the .hearing was closed.
After due consideration of all the evidence presented, the Planning
Commission would recommend to the City Council, the following:
1. That the City Council instruct the Planning Commission
to initiate changes to the Land Use Element of the
General Plan, as shown in Exhibit A, attached.
2. That the City Council instruct the Planning Commission
to initiate changes to the Zoning Map, as shown in
Exhibit B, attached.
3. That the City Council instruct the Planning Commission
to initiate changes to the Circulation Element of the
General Plan to indicate those streets to be considered
for less than standard street improvements.
4. That the City Council instruct the Planning Commission
to initiate appropriate text amendments.
