(ZC 82-06). After notification and public hearing as specified by law on the application of T'Tr. Randy Stevens, HACO Inc., for approval of plans, elevations, develop- ment schedule, and conditions of approval for the construction of 14 condo- miniums on property known as 72, 112, and 114 Shelley Avenue, as per the application filed in the Office of the Planning Department, 75 N. Central Avenue, Campbell, California on September 27, 1982 and after presentation by the Planning Director, proponents and opponents, the hearing was closed (ZC 8Z-06). After due consideration of all the evidence presented, the Planning Commission did find as follows: 1. That the proposed construction of 14 condominium units would be compatible with the existing uses in the immediate area and would be compatible with the Land Use Element of the General Plan which indicates "Low-Dledium Density Residential". 2. This development is similar to recent approvals for zone changes to CD for condominium developments. 3. The proposed zone change will not be detrimental to the health, safety, peace, morals, comfort or welfare of the persons residing or working in the neighborhood of such zone change, or be detrimental or injurious to property and improvements in the neighborhood or the general welfare of the City. The Planning Commission of the City of Campbell recommends that the City Council enact the Ordinance attached hereto as Exhibit A making effective the recommended zone change.
