BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF CAMPBELL RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A
CHANGE TO THE ZONING MAP AS SH0WN IN EXHIBIT A
(APPLICATION OF MR. RANDY STEVENS, HACO, INC.,
ZC 82-06) .
After notification and public hearing as specified by law on proposed
amendments to the Zoning D9ap of the City of Campbell and after pre-
sentation by the Planning Director, proponents and opponents, the
planning Commission did determine that the change as shown in Exhibit A,
attached, should be made to the Zoning Map based on the following
findings
1. The proposed zone change is consistent with the Land Use
Element of the General Plan which shows "Low-A4edium
Density Residential" for the subject property (72, 112,
and 144 Shelley Avenue).
2. The proposed zone change from Planned Development to
Condominium District would allow the development of
14 condominiwns.
3. The proposed zone change will not be detrimental to the
health, safety, peace, morals, comfort or general welfare
of the persons residing or working in the neighborhood
of such zone change or be detrimental or injurious to
property and improvements in the neighborhood or the
general welfare of the City.
4. The proposed zone change is consistent with the Land
Use Element.
The Plarming Commission of the City of Campbell recorrur-ends that the City
Council enact the Ordinance attached hereto as Exhibit A making effective
the recorrunended changes to the Zoning Map.
