PLANNING COMMISSION
BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF CAMPBELL, CALIFORNIA RECOMMENDING AMENDMENTS
TO THE HOUSING ELEMENT OF THE GENERAL PLAN (GP 82-03).
After notification and public hearing as specified by law on proposed
City-initiated amendments to tiie Housing Element of the General Plan,
and after presentation by the Planning Director, proponents and
opponents, the hearing was closed (GP 82-G3).
After due consideration of all evidence presented, the Planning
Commission does find as follows:
1. That a Housing Element is required by State law.
2. That the proposed draft complies with the requirements
of the State Housing Element Guidelines.
3. The proposed changed are in the best interest of the
City of Campbell.
The Planning Commission does hereby adopt a resolution reconimeridi rig
that the City Council adopt the Ordinance attached hereto as Exhibit A
making effective the proposed amendments.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 28th day of September, 1982 by the following
roll call vote:
AYES: Commissioners: Kasolas, Dickson, Kotowski, Campos,
Fairbanks, Meyer
