PLANNING COMMISSI0N
After notification and public hearing as specified by law on the application
of Mr. William Boyl for a use permit to allow on-sale beer and wine and approval
of plans and elevations to allow the construction of a restaurant on property
known as 980 E. Campbell Avenue and 951 Michael Drive in a C-1-S (Neighborhood
Commercial) and ari R-2-S (Multiple Family Residential) Zoning District, as per
application filed in the Office of the Planning Department on September 2, 1982,
and after presentation by the Plar~nirig Director, proponents and opponents,
the hearing was closed (UP 82-20).
After due consideration of all evidence presented, the Commission did find as
follows:
That the establishment, maintenance, and operation of the proposed
use will not be detrimental to the health, safety, peace, morals,
or general welfare of persons residing or working in the neighbor-
hood of such use, or be detrimental or° injurious to the property
and improvements in the neighborhood or the general welfare of the
city.
Based on the above findings, the Planning Commission does hereby grant the
requested use permit, subject to the conditions attached hereto as Exhibit A.
The applicant is notified as part of this application that he is required
to comply with all applicable Codes or Ordinances of the City of Campbell
and State of California which pertain to this development and are not
herein specified.
