PC Res 2139RESOLUTION N0. 2139 PLANNING COMMISSION BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL RECOMMENDING DENIAL WITHOUT PREJUDICE PLANS, ELEVATIONS AND DEVELOPMENT SCHEDULE TO ALLOW CONSTRUCTION OF THREE OFFICE BUILDINGS AND RELATED PARKING STRUCTURES ON PROPERTY KNOWN AS 920 E. HAMILTON AVENUE (HAMILTON AVENUE MOBILE HOME PARK) (APPLICATION OF DAVIG MUSGRAVE ON BEHALF OF PROMETHEUS DEVELOPMENT COMPANY, PD 8i-13). Plans, elevations and development schedule for the construction of three office buildings and related parking structures to be located on property known as 920 E. Hamilton Avenue (Hamilton Avenue Mobile Home Park) in a PD (Planned Development/Commercial) Zoning District have been presented for approval by f~1r. Davi d Musgrave. After notification and public hearing as specified by la,; on said proposed amendments, as filed in the Office of the Planning Department on October 15, 1981, and after presentation by the Planning Director, proponents and opponents, the hearing was closed. After due consideration of ail evidence presented, the Planning Commission did find as follows: That the establishment, maintenance, and operation of the proposed use will be detrimental to the health, safety, peace, morals, comfort or general welfare of the persons resideinq or working in the neighborhood of such use, and detrimental or injurious to property and improvements in the neighborhood and the general welfare of the City. Based on the above findings, the Planning Commission did recommend denial without prejudice of plans, elevations, and development schedule as presented and further recommends that the City Council deny without prejudice said plans, elevations, and development schedule for that portion of the above-mentioned Planned Development Zone.
