PC Res 2138RESOLUTION N0. 2138 PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF CAMPBELL, CALIFORNIA After notification and public hearing as specified by law on the application of Katherine Crecelius for a use permit and approval of plans to allow the construction of three carport structures orr property known as 250 Budd Avenue (Corinthian House) in a P-D (Planned Development/ High Density Residential) Zoning District, as per the application filed in the Office of the Planning Director on August 19, 1982 and after presentation by the Planning Director, proponents and opponents, the hearing was closed. After due consideration of all the evidence presented, the Co~iunission did find as follows: That the establishment, maintenance, and operation of the proposed use will not be detrimeritai to the health, safety, peace, morals, comfort or general welfare of the persons residing or working in the neighborhood of such use, or be detrimental or injurious to property and improvements in the neighborhood or the general welfare of the City. Based on the above findings, the Planning Commission does hereby grant the requested use permit subject to the following conditions: 1 . Revised elevations to be approved by the Planning Director, upon recommendation of the Architectural Advisor, within 30 days of the Planning Corrunission approval. 2. Applicant to obtain all necessary Building permits. The applicant is notified that he shall comply with all applicable Codes or Ordinances of the City of Campbell which pertain to this development and are not herein specified. USE PERMIT SHALL NOT BECOME EFFECTIVE UNTIL RATIFIED BY THE CITY COUNCIL.
