PC Res 2124RESOLUTION N0. 2124 PLANNING COMMISSION After notification and public hearing as specified by law on the application of Mr. Evattt Graves for approval of plans and elevations to allow the move-on of a 4-unit apartment building onto property known as 214 Sunnyside Avenue in an R-2-S (Multiple Family Residential) Zoning District, as per the application filed in the Office of the Planning Department on June 18, 1982, and after presentation by the Planning Director, proponents and opponents, the hearing was closed (S 82-06). After due considerationof all evidence presented, the Commission did find as follows: That the establishment, maintenance, and operation of the proposed use will not be detrimental to the health, safety, peace, morals, comfort, or general welfare of such use, or be detrimental or injurious to the property and improvements in the neighborhood or the general welfare of the City. Based on the above findings, the Planning Commission does hereby grant the requested approval, subject to the conditions listed on Exhibit A, attached hereto.
