BEING A RESOLUTION) OF THE PLANhJING COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF CAMPBELL APPROVING A AUTOMOBILE
TUNE-UP SHOP AS A USE WHICH h1AY BE APPLIED FOR
BY USE PERMIT IN A C-1-S (NEIGHBORHOOD COMMERCIAL)
ZONING DISTRICT.
After due consideration of all evidence presented, the Planning
Commission did find as follows:
1. That an automobile tune-up shop is compatible with
the commercial character of the C-1-S (Neighborhood
Commercial) Zoning District.
2. That the establishment, maintenance, and operation of
the proposed allo~~~able use will not be detrimental
to the health, safety, peace, morals, comfort or
general welfare of the persons residing or working
in the neighborhood of such use, or detrimental or
injurious to property and improvements in the
neighborhood or the general welfare of the City.
Based on the above findings, that Planning Commission did recommend
the addition of an automobile tune-up shop as a possible use which may be
applied for by Use Permit in a C-1-S (Neighborhood Commercial) Zoning
District.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of June, 1982 by the following
vote:
