BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF CAMPBELL APPROVING A FLEA MARKET AS
A USE WHICH MAY BE APPLIED FOR BY USE PERMIT IN
AN M-1-S (LIGHT INDUSTRIAL) ZONING DISTRICT.
After due consideration of all evidence presented, the Planning
Commission did find as follows:
That the establishment, maintenance, and operation of
the proposed allowable use will not be detrimental
to the health, safety, peace, morals, comfort or
general welfare of the persons residing or working
in the neighborhood of such use, or detrimental or
injurious to property and improvements in the
neighborhood or the general welfare of the City.
Based on the above findings, the Planning Commission did recommend
the addition of a Flea Market as a possible use which may be applied
for by Use Permit in an M-1-S (Light Industrial) Zoning District.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of June, 1982 by the following
vote:
AYES: Commissioners: Kasolas, Dickson, Howard, Kotowski,
Fairbanks, Meyer
NOES: Commissioners: None
ABSENT: Commissioners: Campos
