PC Res 2114RESOLUTION NO. 2114 After notification and public hearing as specified by law on the application of Mr. Warren Brown for a use permit and approval of a 400 sq. ft. living unit in a building approved for industrial use on property known as 1075 Florence Way in an M-1-S (Light Industrial) Zoning District, as per appli- cation filed in the office of the Planning Department on February 26, 1982, and after presentation by the Planning Director, proponents, and opponents, the hearing was closed (UP 82-05). After due consideration of all evidence presented, the Commission did find as follows: That the establishment, maintenance, and operation of the proposed use will not be detrimental to the health, safety, peace, morals, comfort, or general welfare of persons residing or working in the neighborhood of such use, or be detrimental or injurious to the property and improvements in the neighbor- hood or the general welfare of the City. Based on the above findings, the Planning Commission does hereby grant the requested use permit subject to the following conditions: FIRE DEPARTMENT A. Plans shall be submitted to the Fire Department indicating compliance with the Uniform Fire Code and Campbell Municipal Code. BUILDING DEPARTMENT B. Shall require building permit. Plans shall be submitted to Building Department prior to issuance of permit. PLANNING DEPARTMENT C. Within 6 months of approval, all improvements be installed or living unit be removed. D. Living unit shall be removed if the ownership of this building change. The applicant is notified as part of this application that he/she is required to meet the following conditions in accordance with Ordinances of-the City of Campbell and Laws of the State of California. The applicant is notified that he shall comply with all applicable Codes or Ordinances of the City of Campbell which pertain to this development and are not herein specified.
