RESOLUTION N0. 2107
BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF CAMPBELL RECOMMENDING THE ACCEPTANCE
OF THE ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT FOR A PROPOSED
"HAMILTON AVENUE OFFICE COMPLEX" TO BE LOCATED AT
920 E. HAMILTON AVENUE (EIR 81-2, PROMETHEUS
DEVELOPMENT).
After public hearing as required by law to consider an Environmental Impact
Report for the proposed "Hamilton Avenue Office Complex" to be located at
920 E. Hamilton Avenue, Campbell, California, and after presentation by the
Planning Director, proponents and opponents, the hearing was closed.
After due consideration of all evidence presented the Commission did find
as follows:
1. That the Draft Environmental Impact Report on the proposed
"Hamilton Avenue Office Complex" satisfies the state re-
quirements for an Environmental Impact Report.
2. That the Draft Environmental Impact Report provides
sufficient information on which to base a decision
regarding the proposed project.
3. That the Draft Environmental Impact Report be amended,
as necessary, to address revised plans which may be
submitted.
The Planning Commission of the City of Campbell does hereby accept the
Environmental Impact for the proposed "Hamilton Avenue Office Complex".
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of April, 1982 by the following
roll call vote:

NOES: Commissioners: Dickson
