PC Res 2107 (2)RESOLUTION N0. 2107 BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A CHANGE TO THE ZONING MAP AS SHOWN IN EXHIBIT "A" (CITY- INITIATED, ZC 82-04 j- 690 S. SAN TOMAS AQUINO ROAD). After notification and public hearing as specified by law on proposed amendments to the Zoning Map of the City of Campbell and after pre- sentation by the Planning Director, proponents and opponents, the Planning Commission did determine that the change as shown in Exhibit "A", attached, should be made to the Zoning Map based on the following findings: 1. The proposed zone change is consistent with the Land Use Element of the General Plan which shows Single Family Residential for the subject property. 2. The proposed zone change from P-F to PD (Single Family Residential would provide for public hearings before the Planning Commission as well as the City Council in the event of future development. 3. The proposed zone change will not be detrimental to the health, safety, peace, morals, comfort or general welfare of the persons residing or working in the neighborhood of such zone change or be detrimental or injurious to property and improvements in the neighborhood or the general welfare of the City. 4. The proposed zone change is consistent with the Land Use Element. The Planning Commission of the City of Campbell recommends that the City Council enact the Ordinance attached hereto as Exhibit "A" making effective the recommended changes to the Zoning Map.
