PC Res 2105RESOLUTION N0. 2105 BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL RECOMMENDING DENIAL OF A CHANGE TO THE ZONING MAP AS SHOWN IN EXHIBIT "A" (APPLICATION OF MR. RON HARRIS, ZC 82-02). After notification and public hearing as specified by law on proposed amendments to the Zoning Map of the City of Campbell and after presenta- tion by the Planning Director, proponents and opponents, the Planning Commission did determine that the change as shown in Exhibit "A", attached, should not be made to the Zoning Map, based on the following findings: 1. The proposed zone change would be detrimental to the health, safety, peace, morals, comfort or general welfare of the persons residing or working in the neighborhood of such zone change and'~be detrimental or injurious to property and improvements in the neighborhood and the general welfare of the City. The Planning Commission of the City of Campbell recommends that the City Council deny this application fora zone change from PD (Planned Development/Office, Commercial or Industrial) to CD (Condominium/Office, Commercial or Industrial) allowing the construction of an office condo- minium building on properties known as 241 W. Sunnyoaks Avenue and 970 Old Orchard Road.
