PLANNING COMMISSION
CITY OF CAMPBELL, CALIFORNIA
After notification and public hearing as specified by law on the application
of Mr. Leonard Bomar on behalf of Roofing Associates, Inc., for a use permit
to allow the establishment of a roofing business on property known as 86
Railway Avenue in a PD (Planned Development/Industrial) Zoning District, as
per application filed in the Office of the Planning Director, proponents
and opponents, the hearing was closed (UP 82-02).
After due consideration of all evidence presented, the Commission did
find as follows:
That this item be denied without prejudice in order that it
be removed from the agenda.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of April, 1982 by the following roll
call vote:
AYES: Commissioners: Dickson, Howard, Kotowski, Fairbanks,
Campos, Meyer
NOES: Commissioners: None
