RESOLUTION N0. 2102
After notification and public hearing as specified by law on proposed
amendments to the text of various sections of the Campbell Municipal
Code as they relate to application fee schedules, and after presentation
by the Planning Director, proponents and opponents, the hearing was
closed. (TA 82-O1)
After due consideration of all evidence presented and based upon the
following findings, the Commission did determine that there was a
significant need to amend and update these various sections of the
Campbell Municipal Code:
1. That the proposed amendment will provide a simplied
procedure of updating various fee schedules as estab-
lished by City Council resolution.
2. That the amendment will not be detrimental to the health,
safety, peace, morals, comfort, or general. welfare of
persons residing or working in the neighborhood of such
proposed use, or be detrimental or injurious to property
and improvements in the neighborhood or to the general
welfare of the City.
The Planning Commission does hereby recommend that the City Council
adopt the attached ordinance, Exhibit "A", enacting the necessary
legislation to make the proposed text amendment effective.

call vote:
