PC Res 2098PLANNING COMMISSION
CITY OF CAMPBELL, CALIFORNIA
RESOLUTION N0. 2098
After notification and public hearing as specified by law on the application
of Mr. Steve Werthmann for a fence variance to reduce the rear wetback from
15 feet to 3 feet and increase the height of the fence from 6 feet to 7 feet
on property known as 790, 792, 794, 796, and 798 Dry Creek Road in an R-1
(Single-Family Residential) Zoning District, as per the application filed
in the Office of the Planning Director on December 17, 1981, and after
presentation by the Planning Director, the hearing was closed (V 81-06).
After due consideration of all evidence presented, the Commission did find
as follows:
1. That any hardship is self-imposed.
2. That the granting of the setback variance would be a safety
hazard from a traffic standpoint.
The Planning Commission does hereby deny the portion of the variance
request pertaining to the reduction of the setback from 15 feet to
3 feet.
