BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION
RECOMMENDING AMENDMENTS TO THE LAND USE ELEMENT
OF THE GENERAL PLAN FROM "LOW-MEDIUM DENSITY
RESIDENTIAL" TO "MOBILE HOME PARK (6-13 UNITS
PER GROSS ACRE)" FOR THE PASEO DE PALOMAS
MOBILE HOME PARK LOCATED AT 295 UNION AVENUE
IN AN R-M (MULTIPLE FAMILY)ZONING DISTRICT.

After notification and public hearing as specified by law on proposed
City-initiated amendments to the Land Use Element of the General Plan from
"Low-Medium Density Residential" to "Mobile Home Park (6-13 units per gross
acre)" for the Paseo de Palomas Mobile Home Park on property known as
295 Union Avenue, and after presentation by the Planning Director, proponents
and opponents, the hearing was closed.
After due consideration of all evidence presented, the Planning
Commission does find as follows:
1. The proposed "Mobile Home Park (6-13 units per gross acre)"
land use would be compatible with the existing development.
2. The proposed changes are in the best interest of the City
of Campbell.
The Planning Commission does hereby adopt a Resolution recommending
that the City Council adopt the Ordinance attached hereto as Exhibit "A"
making effective the proposed amendments.
PASSED AMD ADOPTED this 23rd day of February, 1982 by the following
roll call vote:
AYES: Commissioners: Kotowski, Fairbanks, Campos, Meyer
NOES: Commissioners: Kasolas, Howard
ABSENT: Commissioners: Dickson
