RESOLUTION N0. 2095
BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION
RECOMMENDING AMENDP~ENTS TO THE LAND USE ELEMENT
OF THE GENERAL PLAN FROM "INDUSTRIAL-MOBILE HOME
PARK" TO "MOBILE HOME PARK (6-13 UNITS PER GROSS
ACRE)" FOR THE TIMBER COVE MOBILEHOME PARK,
870 CAMDEN AVENUE IN A PD (PLANNED DEVELOPMENT)
ZONING DISTRICT (GP 82-OlA).
After notification and public hearing as specified by law on proposed
City-initiated amendments to the Land Use Element of the General Plan from
"Industrial-Mobile Home Park" to "Mobile Home Park (6-13 units per gross
acre)" for the Timber Cove Mobile Home Park on property known as 870 Camden
Avenue, and after presentation by the Planning Director, proponents and
opponents, the hearing was closed.
After due consideration of all evidence presented, the Planning
Commission did find as follows:
1. The proposed "Mobile Home Park (6-13 units per gross acre)"
land use would be compatible with the existing development.
2. The proposed changes are in the best interest of the City
of Campbell.
The Planning Commission does hereby adopt a Resolution recommending
that the City Council adopt the Ordinance attached hereto as Exhibit "A"
making effective the proposed amendments.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of February, 1982 by the following
roll call vote:
