RESOLUTION N0. 2094
After notification and public hearing as specified by law on the
application of Mrs. Betty Stoops for-a one-foot variance to"the sideyard
setback requirement to allow the construction of a 300 foot addition
to an existing single family home on property known as 70 N. Milton
Avenue in an R-1 (Single-Family Residential) Zoning District, as per
the application filed in the Office of the Planning Department on
January 27, 1982, and after presentation by the Planning Director,
proponents and opponents, the hearing was closed. (V 82-01)
After due consideration of all evidence presented, the Commission
did find as follows:
That the establishment, maintenance, and operation of the
proposed variance will not be detrimental to the health,
safety, peace, morals, comfort or general welfare of such
use, or be detrimental or injurious to the property and
improvements in the neighborhood or the general welfare
of the City.
Based on the above findings, the Planning Commission does hereby
grant the requested variance, subject to the following condition:
A. Applicant to obtain all necessary building permits.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of February, 1982 by the following
roll call vote:
