CITY OF CAMPBELL
PLANNING COMMISSION
After notification and public hearing as specified by law on the
application of Mr. Jame Sun for a use permit to allow on-sale beer and
wine in an existing restaurant on property known as 851 W. Hamilton Avenue
in a PD (Planned Development/Commercial) Zoning Department as per
application filed in the office of the Planning Department on
January 14, 1982, and after presentation by the Planning Director,
proponents, and opponents, the hearing was closed (UP 82-01).
After due consideration of all evidence presented, the Commission
did find as follows:
That the establishment, maintenance, and operation of the
proposed use will not be detrimental to the health, safety,
peace, morals, comfort or general welfare of persons residing
or working in the neighborhood of such use, or be detrimental or
injurious to the property and improvements in the neighborhood
or the general welfare of the City.
Based on the above findings, the Planning Commission does hereby grant
the requested use permit subject to the following conditions:
1. Applicant to secure sign permit prior to erection
of any signs.
2. Landscaping plan to come back before the Planning
Staff.
3. Location of trash enclosure to be approved by the
Planning Staff.
The applicant is notified that he shall comply with all applicable codes
or Ordinances of the City of Campbell which pertain to this development
and are not herein specified.
USE PERMIT SHALL NOT BECOME EFFECTIVE UNTIL RATIFIED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of February 1982, by the following
roll call vote:
AYES: Commissioners: Kasolas, Howard, Kotowski, Fairbanks, Campos,
Meyer
NOES: Commissioners: Dickson
