PC Res 2090RESOLUTION N0. 2090
PLANNING COMMISSION
CITY OF CAMPBELL, CALIFORNIA
After notification and public hearing as specified by law on
the application of Mr. Steve Arnold for a variance of a garage setback
requirement from 25 feet to 20 feet for property known as 798 Dry Creek
Road in an R-1 (Single-Family/Low Density Residential) Zoning District, as
per the application filed in the office of the Planning Director on
December 4, 1981, and after presentation by the Planning Director, the

variance.
2. The hardship is not unusual and applies equally to other

3. The particular hardship claimed by applicant was self-imposed.
The Planning Commission does hereby deny the variance as requested.
