BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL RECOMMENDING APPROVAL
A TENTATIVE SUBDIVISION MAP (TS 82-01, LANDS
OF PAULSEN, APN 404-01-033, 62 S. SAN TOMAS
AQUINO ROAD).
After notification and public hearing as specified by law on the
application for approval of a tentative subdivision map: Lands of Paulsen,
APN 404-01-033, 62 S. San Tomas Aquino Road, as per the application filed
in the Office of the Planning Department on January 4, 1982, and after
presentation by proponents and opponents, the hearing was closed (TS 82-01).
After due consideration of all evidence presented, the Commission
did find:
1. That this tentative subdivision map is in conformance
with the General Plan.
Based on the above finding, the Planning Commission does hereby
recommend approval of this map to the City Council, subject to the
Conditions of Approval, hereby attached as Exhibit A.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of January, 1982 by the following
roll call vote:
AYES: Commissioners: Kasolas, Dickson, Howard, Kotowski,
Campos, Fairbanks, Meyer
NOES: Commissioners: None
