PC Res 2081RESOLUTION N0. 2081 After notification and public hearing as specified by law on the application of Mr. Robert Paterson on behalf of Pizza & Pipes, Inc., for a use permit to allow an arcade in an existing restaurant on property known as 1690 S. Bascom Avenue in a C-2-S (General Commercial) Zoning District, as per application filed in the Office of the Planning Department on December 8, 1981, and after presentation by the Planning Director, proponents and opponents, the hearing was closed (UP 81-19). After due consideration of all evidence presented, the Commission did find as follows: That the establishment, maintenance, and operation of the proposed use will not be detrimental to the health, safety, peace, morals, comfort, or general welfare of persons residing or working in the neighborhood of such use, or be detrimental or injurious to the property and improvements in the neighborhood or the general welfare of the City. Based on the above findings, the Planning Commission does hereby grant the requested use permit subject to the following conditions: FIRE DEPARTMENT 1. All electrical wiring to video games and existing organ chamber shall be enclosed in metal conduit with approved outlet boxes. An electrical permit shall be obtained from the Building Department prior to installation. 2. Illuminated exit signs shall be provided at all exit doors and at doorway to game area from dining room. 3. Post Room Capacity -sign - 155 persons. PLANNING DEPARTMENT 4. Applicant to obtain all necessary permits from the Building Department. The applicant is notified that he shall comply with all applicable Codes or Ordinances of the City of Campbell which pertain to this development and are not herein specified.
