the hearing was closed (UP 81-18).
After due consideration of all evidence presented, the Commission did find as
follows:
That the establishment, maintenance, and operation °eacee mo~alsed
use will not be detrimental to the health, safety, p
comfort or general welfare of persons residing or working in the
neighborhood of such use, or be detrimental or injurious to the
property and improvements in the neighborhood or the general
welfare of the City.
Based on the above findbneC~ toetheafollowingmconditionss hereby grant the
requested use permit su ~
1. Motorcycles must not encroach upon public right-of-way.
2. No portion of vacant adjacent parcel shall be used for the display
or storage of motorcycles.
3. Only motorcycles shall be displayed outdoors. The display of
associated products (e.g. parts and tires) shall not be allowed.
4. Motorcycles must be chained and locked.
The applicant is notified that he shall comply with all applicable Codes or
Ordinances of the City of Campbell which pertain to this development and are
not herein specified.
