PC Res 2077CITY OF CAMPBELL PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION N0. 2077 BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL RECOMMENDING DENIAL OF PLANS, ELEVATIONS, AND DEVELOPMENT SCHEDULE TO ALLOW THE CONSTRUCTION OF A 14-UNIT CONDOMINIUM PROJECT ON PROPERTY KNOWN AS 55 REDDING ROAD IN A P-D (PLANNED DEVELOPMENT/LOW-MEDIUM DENSITY RESIDENTIAL) ZONING DISTRICT (APPLICATION OF MR. RANDY STEVENS ON BEHALF OF HILL-ADAMS DEVELOPMENT COMPANY, PD 81-14). After notification and public hearing as specified by law on the application of Mr. Randy Stevens on behalf of Hill-Adams Development Company for approval of plans, elevations, and development schedule to allow the construction of a 14-unit condominium project on property known as 55 Redding ,Road, as per the application filed in the office of the Planning Department, 75 N. Central Avenue, Campbell, California on November 3, 1981 and after presentation by the Planning Director, proponents and opponents, the hearing was closed. After due consideration of all the evidence presented, the Planning Commission did find as follows: 1. That the proposed development is proposed at the maximum end of the density range, and the density is too high. The Planning Commission of the City of Campbell recommends that the City Council deny this proposed application for plans, elevations, development schedule, and conditions of approval for the reason stated above.
