PLANNING COMMISSION
RESOLUTION N0. 2076
After notification and public hearing as specified by law on the
consideration of the revocation of the application of Mr. Warren
Jacobsen for a use permit on property known as 1387 Camden Avenue in
a C-1-S (Neighborhood Commercial) Zoning District, and after presentation
by the Planning Director, proponents, and opponents, the hearing was
closed (UP 81-06).
After due consideration, it was determined by the Planning Commission
that this use permit not be revoked, and that the requested use permit and
revised plans be approved subject to the following conditions:
1. Compliance with City Council Resolution No. 6155,
adopted by the City of Campbell City Council on
July 13, 1981 (a copy of which is attached hereto and
made a part of this Resolution).
2. A six-month review from the date of January 26, 1982
by the Planning Commission and the City Council.
3. Landscaping plan indicating type and size of plant
material, and location of hose bibs or sprinkler system
to be submitted for approval of the Planning Commission.
4. Portable storage shed to be removed
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of December 1981 by the following
roll call vote:
