PLANNING COMMISSION
RESOLUTION N0. 2067
BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF CAMPBELL RECOMMENDING DENIAL OF A CHANGE TO
THE ZONING MAP AS SHOWN IN EXHIBIT "A" (APPLICATION
OF MR. KEVIN FISHER, ZC 81-25).
After notification and public hearing as specified by law on proposed
amendments to the Zoning Map of the City of Campbell and after presentation
by the Planning Director, proponents and opponents, the Planning Commission
did determine that the change as shown in Exhibit "A", attached, should not
be made to the Zoning Map based on the following findings:
1. The proposed zone change is not harmonious with the
existing neighborhood.
2. The proposed zone change would be detrimental to the
health, safety, peace, morals, comfort or general welfare
of the persons residing or working in the neighborhood of
such zone change or be detrimental or injurious to property
and improvements in the neighborhood or the general welfare
of the City.
The Planning Commission of the City of Campbell recommends that the City
Council deny the proposed zone change from Single Family Residential to
Planned Development.
