PC Res 2064CITY OF CAMPBELL PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION N0. 2064 After notification and public hearing as specified by law on the application of Union Avenue Associates for approval of plans and elevations to allow the construction of a 28-unit condominium project on property known as 135 & 143 Union Avenue in an R-3-S (High Density Residential) Zoning District, as per the application filed in the Planning Department on September 9, 1981, and after presentation by the Planning Director, proponents and opponents, the hearing was closed (S 81-28). After due consideration of all evidence presented, the Commission did find as follows: That the establishment, maintenance, and operation of the proposed use will not be detrimental to the health, safety, peace, morals, comfort, or general welfare of such use, or be detrimental or injurious to the property and improvements in the neighborhood or the general welfare of the City. Based on the above findings, the Planning Commission does hereby grant the requested approval, subject to the conditions listed on Exhibit A, attached hereto.
