BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY'
OF CAMPBELL RESCINDING RESOLUTION N0. 1552, WHICH WAS
ADOPTED ON OCTOBER 21, 1976: AND AMENDING SECTION II A
OF PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION N0. 1487, WHICH WAS
ADOPTED ON JANUARY 28, 1976, AND ESTABLISHING THE
SECOND AND FOURTH TUESDAYS OF EACH MONTH, AT 7:30 P.M.
AS THE TIME FOR REGULAR MEETINGS OF THE PLANNING COMMISSIOP~.
After it was brought to the attention of the Planning Commission that
the City Council was considering changing its meeting night from the second
and fourth Mondays of the month to the first and third Tuesdays of the month;
and
After the City Council did request that the Planning Commission consider
changing its meeting day from the first and third Tuesdays to the second and
fourth Tuesdays of the month; and
After due consideration of all the evidence presented,'the Planning
Commission does find as follows:
1. That changing the meeting date to the second and fourth Tuesdays
would not interfere with the operation of the Planning Commission
or Planning Department.
2. That changing to the second and fourth Tuesdays of each month
would not create any undue hardship.
The Planning Commission does hereby adopt a Resolution rescinding
Resolution No. 1552, and amending Section II A of Planning Commission
Resolution No. 1487 and establishing the second and fourth Tuesdays of
each month, beginning in November 1981, at 7:30 P.M. in the Council
Chambers, Campbell City Hall, 75 North Central Avenue, Campbell,
California as the time and place for regular meetings of the Campbell
Planning Commission.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of October, 1981, by the following
roll call vote:
