BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION
RECOMMENDING AMENDP1Ef' i S TO THE LAND USE ELEMENT
OF THE GENERAL PLAN FROM LOW DENSITY RESIDENTIAL
TO PROFESSIONAL OFFICE ON PROPERTY KNOT-JN AS
2015 WHITEOAKS ROAD (GP 81-07).
After notification and public hearing as specified by law on proposed
City-initiated amendments to the Land Use Element of the General Plan from
Low Density Residential to Professional Office for property known as 2015
Whiteoaks Road, and after presentation by the Planning Director, proponents
~ and opponents, the hearing was closed.
After due consideration of all evidence presented, the Planning
Commission does find as follows:
1. The proposed professional office land use would be compatible
with the existing development.
2. The proposed changes are in the best interest of the City of
Campbell.
The Planning Commission does hereby adopt a resolution recommending
that the City Council adopt the Ordinance attached hereto as Exhibit "A"
making effective the proposed amendments.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of October, 1981, by the following
roll call vote:
AYES: Commissioners: Kotowski, Campos, Meyer, Kasolas
NOES: Commissioners: Howard, Dickson, Fairbanks
ABSENT: Commissioners: None
