PC Res 2052RESOLUTION N0. 2052
BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF CAMPBELL RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF
A CHANGE TO THE ZONING MAP (PREZONING) AS SHOWN
IN EXHIBIT "A" (CITY-INITIATED APPLICATION,
ZC 81-28).
After notification and public hearing as specified by law on proposed
amendments to the Zoning Map of the City of Campbell and after presentation
by the Planning Director, proponents and opponents, the Planning Commission
did determine that the proposed prezoning as shown in Exhibit "A", attached,
should be made to the Zoning Map based on the following findings:
1. The proposed prezoning is consistent with the Land Use
Element of the General Plan.
2. The proposed prezoning would facilitate annexations in this
area to the City of Campbell.
3. The proposed prezoning will not be detrimental to the health,
safety, peace, morals, comfort or general welfare of the
persons residing or working in the neighborhood of such
zone change or be detrimental or injurious to property
and improvements in the neighborhood or the general
welfare of the City.
The Planning Commission of the City of Campbell recommends that the
City Council enact the Ordinance attached hereto as Exhibit "A" making
effective the recommended prezoning.
