BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION
RECOMMENDING AMENDMENTS TO THE LAND USE ELEMENT
OF THE GENERAL PLAN FOR THE PROPERTY AS SHOWN
ON EXHIBIT A - APN 424-43-1 THROUGH 424-43-63
(TRACT 6571) (GP 81-09).
After notification and public hearing as specified by law on proposed
City-initiated amendments to the Land Use Element of the General Plan
for property as shown on Exhibit A, attached hereto, and after presentation
by the Planning Director, proponents and opponents, the hearing was closed.
After due consideration of all evidence presented, the Planning
Commission does find as follows:
1. The proposed Medium Density Residential land use would be
compatible with the existing development.
2. The proposed recommendation is in the best interest of the
City of Campbell.
The Planning Commission does hereby adopt a Resolution recommending
that the City Council adopt the Ordinance attached hereto as Exhibit A
making effective the proposed amendments.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of September, 1981, by the following
roll call vote:
AYES: Commissioners: Howard, Kotowski, Campos, Meyer, Fairbanks,
Kasolas
NOES: Commissioners: None
ABSENT: Commissioners: Dickson
